Total Polymer Jacket?
What is a Total Polymer Jacketed (TPJ) bullet? It's exactly what it sounds like. We take a lead cast bullet, that we make in-house, and coat it in a polymer jacket. There are numerous benefits to this over traditional copper jacketed bullets:
-
TPJ bullets are better for your barrel than copper jackets (No metal to bore contact).
-
They shoot cleaner than copper jackets.
-
Safer when shooting steel (The bullet completely disintegrates on impact).
-
Eliminates lead exposure!
-
They are cost effective!

TPJ's Continued...
Total Polymer Jacketed (TPJ) bullets are an improvement to the tried and true lead cast bullet. Traditional lead cast bullets either had to be lubed or have gas checks put on them to prevent leading of the barrel. TPJ's require neither. The polymer jacket molecularly bonds to the lead projectile and will ensure there is no lead to bore contact during firing. They are safe to shoot in polygonal rifling and are range friendly. TPJ's are also cost effective, and cost much less than copper jacketed ammunition. When you are shooting steel, TPJ's are the safest option because the bullet will disintegrate upon impact.
